Balcony Courtyard Si Racha combines apartment-style rooms with a substantial collection of family activities. That can make the accommodation itself a large part of a short break. Begin by checking that you are reserving the Courtyard property, then choose the room around the people staying and the activities they can actually use.
Courtyard is a distinct property
Balcony’s official website separates Courtyard and Seaside throughout its room and facilities navigation. The distinction matters. Courtyard is on Si Racha–Nong Yai Bu Road in Surasak; it should not be described as a beachfront hotel or illustrated with assumptions about the separate Seaside property.
The photographs here show a bright shared lounge and a room with a dining table beside a pantry-style counter. They help explain the practical, residential character of the accommodation. Neither image establishes a sea view from the room you will receive, and the room photograph should not be assigned to an unverified category.

One bedroom: separate space without a larger footprint
The official Superior One Bedroom category is 40 square metres, with separate sleeping, living and pantry areas. Its listed equipment includes a king bed, dining space, sofa, microwave and refrigerator, with a shower separate from the bathtub. Superior rooms occupy floors one to five.
The Luxury One Bedroom category is also listed at 40 square metres and occupies higher floors, six to eight. That means an upgrade is not necessarily an increase in area. Floor, outlook and category details become more relevant than the assumption that Luxury means a substantially larger apartment.
For two people, the divided living space can be useful when one person wants to rest while the other sits with food or television. For a family, check permitted occupancy and bedding directly. A sofa shown in a room is not automatically an additional bed, and the hotel’s room description places restrictions on adding beds.
Two bedrooms change the practical comparison
The official two-bedroom range lists a Superior Suite at 84 square metres and a Luxury Suite at 102 square metres. Both descriptions include two bathrooms, living and dining space and a pantry, with washing and drying equipment among the listed facilities.
The bed arrangement is important because the official equipment list allows alternatives, including two king beds or a king with two singles. Confirm the arrangement attached to your offer rather than choosing only by the number of bedrooms. Separate beds for children or friends may matter more than the difference in total area.
For a longer visit, the washer and dining area can be meaningful advantages. For one night built around activities, the extra bedroom and bathroom may be the more useful part. The right category depends on how your party will actually use the apartment.
Plan the activities around the children
The Courtyard facilities page lists adult and children’s pools, Mini Harbor Island water play, indoor Mini Harborland, Harbor Town role-play areas and other recreation. It also lists Ofuro bathing and fitness facilities. This is a more activity-led proposition than a hotel whose only shared space is a lobby.
The attractions have different safety, age, height and scheduling conditions. Before building the day around a named activity, check which children can use it and what access is included in the reservation. A long facility list does not establish that every attraction is suitable for every age or available at every hour.
A February 2025 Tripadvisor family account particularly enjoyed the children’s activities and Ofuro. An older November 2019 guest praised the living space and pantry equipment. Those accounts explain two different reasons to choose the property: things to do together and room space between activities.
Balcony Courtyard makes the strongest case when both of those reasons matter. Settle the property identity, bedroom arrangement and activity access first; then compare the total offer for your family. That produces a much clearer decision than treating it as an interchangeable room near the coast.
