Consider it if a small bamboo room and access to local dining fit your plans. If you need substantial sound insulation, an especially modern bathroom or a specific communal facility, obtain current confirmation rather than relying on the older reviews. The property is easier to assess when its rustic character is treated as a deliberate preference.
